WHO WE ARE
NBHX ROLEM is a company with a tradition of over 25 years in Brașov County, part of the NBHX Trim Group, a world leader in innovative surfaces for the automotive industry. The company produces ornamental parts from noble veneer, aluminum, carbon or lacquered plastic for the interiors of luxury cars of the largest car manufacturers: Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Jaguar Land Rover, VW and Peugeot.
The company has over 930 employees and operates in 3 separate production units in Brasov County.

Social responsibility is a fundamental part of the company’s culture and an important concern in terms of how the company manages to be close to the communities in which it operates. The objective of NBHX is focused on the environment, education and local culture, these being the sectors that it permanently aligns with the business strategy.

We strive to be in harmony with nature and care for the environment is a priority for us, this being visible by implementing and complying with certification standards for environmental management ISO14001: 2015, permanent monitoring of gas emissions and noise levels product, thus ensuring that they are within the legal limits, participation in various tree planting campaigns but also in environmental clean-up actions.

Quality Planner
COME TO OUR TEAM
Your main tasks will be:
- Execution of quality planning activities (e.g. APQP, PPAP, PPF – according to customer requirements)
- Support in internal processes and VDA 6.3. audit processes and customer audits
- Ensuring product characteristics based on customer requirements for a successful sampling process
- Implementation of customer requirements / specifications in collaboration with the project team
- Coordinating internal and external testing
- Creating and approving test concepts (such as indicators)
- Verification, creation and transmission of IMDS data incl. reaction in case of misconduct
- Support in risk analysis and FMEA
